Head, Department of Environmental & Natural Resource Economics in Nong Lam University, Ho Chi Minh City in the terms 2003 – 2007 and 2007 – 2012.

-         Research grant from SAREC for the topic “An Application Of Contingent Valuation Method For Valuing Rural Water Resources: The Case of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam”, 1995.

-         Four fellowships from EEPSEA, Israel, Beijer for short training courses (2-8 weeks).

-         Full master scholarship from Asian Development Bank (ADB) for pursuing master degree in the University of Hawaii, 1998-2000.

-         Doctoral dissertation fellowship from EEPSEA, 2001-2002.

-         Ressearch grant of Chiang Mai Social Research Institute for tourism management, 2007.
